Despite being located in a 17th-century building, our residences have been completely renovated to retain the prestige of such an ancient building and yet provide every modern comfort that a 21st-century traveller prefers. 

The potential guest is given the chance to choose from a myriad of different decor styles to ensure that the apartment ambience & features they select are perfect for their needs and feel like a home-away-from-home.  Available styles include Classic, Modern, Romantic, Rustic, Exotic, Country, Liberty, Design and Minimal so that, just as in the past, Rome offered hospitality suited to people from all walks of life from all parts of the Roman Empire, so too now do we continue that tradition in making the visitor feel comfortable and at home in mother Rome.

The Services

Although our apartments are self catering, we also offer a variety of services should you wish to truly sit back and relax, including:

• Room cleaning

• Booking of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at the adjoining restaurant

• Car, moped, bike hire services from our carefully selected suppliers guaranteeing professionalism and high standards

• Private transfers to and from the airports in both sedan and hatchback cars at affordable rates.  For those who wish to travel in style we can even arrange the renting of a classic car!

• Arrangement and booking of tours from qualified guides with qualifications in art history, archaeology and other related fields

• Personal shopping service for those who want some professional help in getting what they really want

• Babysitting services

• Box office and event bookings for those who fancy a trip to the opera, museums, galleries, concerts or sporting events.  You just sit back and we handle it for you.

• VIP treatment with flowers, chocolates, champagne or whatever your VIP desires, delivered right to the door but organised by us...

At the no 32 location, the three styles available with facilities are:

• Apartment 501 - Romantic - an apartment composed of bedroom furnished with beautiful double bed, wardrobe, bedside table & mirror together with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and hob.  There is a bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin.  Everything you need is at hand meaning for the truly romantic you may never even have to leave the accommodation...

• Apartment 502 - Country - this also has a small living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed meaning it can comfortably sleep up to four persons.

• Apartment 503 - Minimal - this less opulent style choice provides a kitchen-dining area and again comfortably sleeps up to four persons.
